From a cold start

Ads live October 9. Buffer to October 14.

Opening stays October 27.

What I control: nothing waits on me. What I do not control: Meta's review queue. That is what the buffer is for, and why I will not promise a date that depends on it.

You asked for my sequencing

Landing page first. Full site behind it.

Contact

Real phone number, address, hours, map link. Form counted on the server, no script watches the visitor.

noindex · ads only · week 1

Book your consultation. Opening October 27.

One service, one form, one tracking number. Written to Meta's health rules: nothing about the reader's condition or coverage.

Leads counted server side: 0Tracking number in the ad only · No pixel
1

Week 1: the ad landing page

Noindexed. Exists to receive ad traffic on day one, nothing else.

2

Weeks 2 to 4: the full site

Home, services, nine articles, contact. From your sitemap, your messaging, your real number, no ad trackers.

3

Why this order

Meta review and the learning phase are the long poles. The landing page unblocks them in days. Full site first costs about ten days of ad data on opening day.

4

Try the form on the left

Submit the ad landing page form. The counter is how your leads get counted: on the server, with no tracker on the visitor.

This is the week we save

We launch from an account Meta already trusts, while yours ages.

How

KRZ runs an established Business Manager in good standing, with healthcare and dental accounts active in it today. Your first campaign goes live from there while your own business verification runs in parallel.

What moves to you when your account clears

  • The Facebook page and Instagram
  • The ad account assets and audiences
  • The campaign history and learnings
  • The tracking numbers, already in your name

You own everything at the end. I am the operator, not the landlord.

No pixels. No argument.

Every lead is counted outside your website, and every ad is written to pass health review.

$60

The cost per lead is an assumption you set. Real numbers start the first Monday after ads go live. I will not promise a figure before two weeks of data.

50leads per month at that cost
12leads per week
30leads before opening day (18 days of ads)
20booked appointments at 40% of leads
Rule 1

Describe the service, never the reader

"Dental implants in Kansas City" passes. "Missing teeth?" implies a personal attribute and gets rejected. Same for coverage, age and income.

Rule 2

No pixel means no health data flag

Meta restricts event data from health websites. With no pixel and no CAPI, your site never sends Meta an event, so that restriction never touches you.

Rule 3

Submit small, approve early

Two ads first, not twenty. Each approved ad becomes a template. A rejection costs one ad, not the campaign.

Rule 4

Documentation ready on day one

Business verification, licenses and your compliance policy filed before the first ad. Appeals answered with the document, not with an argument.

Your compliance policy is the spec. I build to it, I do not argue with it.

Working with your SEO specialist

I build inside their keyword plan. I do not reopen it.

They own

  • What the pages say
  • Keywords and the nine articles
  • The Google Business Profile
  • The pre-launch review of titles and redirects

I own

  • The build and the hosting
  • The ads and the ad copy
  • The noindexed ad landing pages
  • The tracking numbers inside the ads

One shared 30-minute call per week, and a written update whether or not we meet. If their plan and my build ever disagree, you get both options and a recommendation, in writing.

What I changed

Paused "Implants · video 2" ($94 per lead, 3x the account average). Doubled budget on "Sedation · carousel" ($41 per lead). Added a qualifying question to the form after 4 out-of-area leads.

What did not work

Ad "Wisdom teeth · static" was rejected by health review on Tuesday, resubmitted Wednesday, approved Thursday. Friday calls dropped to 1 while the office phone went to voicemail after 4 PM.

Sample numbers, not a forecast. The layout follows what US dental marketing agencies report: intake funnel (leads, calls answered, booked, showed), cost per booked appointment, and per-channel cost. Benchmarks: 85%+ answer rate, 30 to 55% of reached leads booked, 70 to 85% show rate. Real figures start the first Monday after ads go live.

If we start Monday

Five things from you, and day one begins.

  1. Domain and hosting access, or permission for me to set both up
  2. The sitemap, the nine articles and the approved messaging
  3. The marketing compliance policy, so I build to it from hour one
  4. Legal business name, address and EIN for Meta verification. This one blocks everything if it arrives late.
  5. Your monthly ad budget, and who pays for the tracking numbers
$15 / hour, about 110 to 130 hours,
or $1,950 fixed for the launch.

Site (home, services, nine articles, contact, ad landing page) plus the Meta launch and Google Search, delivered by October 27. Your call, in writing today. After launch, Patient Acquisition Management: $1,297 / month, or $997 / month on a 3-month term. Creatives, copy, weekly report and the machine that fills the schedule, not just "running ads". Tracking numbers about $45 / month, in your name.
